Terms and Conditions – Tranquil Stay

By completing a reservation at Tranquil Stay, the Guest (hereafter referred to as "you") agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

A confirmed booking requires full payment at the time of reservation.
The reservation will only be confirmed after full payment is sent.
Accepted payment methods include Credit and Debit Cards via the Wix Platform.
Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees (e.g., occupancy tax of 6%).

2. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: From [3:00 PM]
Check-out: No later than [11:00 AM]
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges. No less than $30 per hour.

3. Occupancy Limits

Maximum occupancy is six [6] guests.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless authorized in writing.
Parties or events are strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made [28 days] before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made [14 days] before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within [13 days] of check-in are non-refundable.
No refunds for no-shows, shortened stays, or inclement weather.

5. House Rules

No smoking inside the property.
Pets are allowed upon request, subject to size and type restrictions.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and leave it in good condition.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.

6. Use of Amenities

Use of the shared kitchen, backyard and other amenities is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Tranquil Stay is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items.

7. Cleaning & Damage

Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning needed during or after their stay.
Charges may be applied to the payment method on file.

8. Privacy & Security

At Tranquil Stay, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

When you make a booking, we collect necessary personal details including your name, contact information, payment details, and stay preferences. This data is securely stored through our booking platform (Wix Hotels) and is used solely to process your reservation, communicate with you, and improve your guest experience.

Data Security Measures:

Your information is stored on secure servers managed by our website host, Wix.com, which complies with internationally recognized data protection standards, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
We never sell, rent, or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

Third-Party Providers:

We use trusted third-party services (Wix Payments) to process payments securely. These providers are bound by their privacy policies and compliance obligations.
If your booking is made through a third-party platform (e.g., Airbnb), their privacy terms also apply.

We take your privacy seriously and will always take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is handled responsibly, respectfully, and legally.

9. Right to Terminate Stay

Tranquil Stay reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises for:

Violating house rules
Damaging property
Disturbing neighbors or other guests

No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Acceptance

By submitting a booking and completing payment, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions
You agree to abide by the property rules throughout your stay
